What do I need to get started?
Book a 15-minute call with us and we'll ask the right questions to understand where your brand is today and where it needs to go. If you don't have a brief yet, we'll send you a simple document to fill out. Most clients come to us without one, and that's perfectly fine.
What does Designlabb’s delivery process actually look like?
It starts with a discovery call, then we move into research, brand strategy, design concepts, wireframes, revisions, and final delivery, with check-ins every milestone. Think of us less like a vendor and more like a design partner embedded in your team. The whole process is built around your business outcomes, not just deliverables.
How does your payment plan work?
Our payment plan starts at SGD 3,000/month, with engagements running a minimum of 3 months (most clients work with us for 6–8 months).
How is Designlabb different?
We worked in and with agencies before. Most of them would charge six figures and provide divided attention for your project. Most handoffs are passive, and you're left with work that requires your own team to manage and adapt from.
When you engage Designlabb, we are essentially your team member with the expert knowledge to optimise your workflow (enhanced and integrated with AI). We have our assigned team members stay with you, from brand strategy to your website/product and the growth assets your team uses day-to-day.
We also work almost exclusively with B2B startups and consultants. We understand how trust, credibility, and positioning work in your world, and we design accordingly. We help you make enterprise buyers and investors take you seriously.
How do I share feedback?
We use Trello to keep everything organised and transparent, but your can also reach us on WhatsApp, email, or comment directly in Figma. Whatever keeps your team moving fastest.
Is there a limit to how much I can ask for?
Nope. You bring the vision and request what you need. We'll be straight with you about what we can or cannot do, and whether they align with your goals or not. Do take note that additional items will require additional cost.
Can we have calls?
Definitely! You can book an intro call to discuss potential projects anytime. Alternatively, you can shoot us a message, and we’ll set up the call! We do physical meetups as well, just
shoot us a DM if you're based in Singapore.
What are the teams you work with?
We recommend setting up a shared group with everyone involved to keep communication smooth and decisions moving. Typically, that's founders, design teams, and developers.
How do you work with developers?
Every project includes a full design system — components, variables, and everything developers need to build with confidence. We'll walk them through the designs so your vision translates exactly into the final product.
If you don't have a dev team, we can design the whole brand and web project for you.
What’s your techstack?
The main design tool we use is Figma. That is where all the wireframes, mockups, and UI live. For website development, we use Webflow and Framer.
We also use tools like Weavy AI, Trello, Notion, and other tools, which will all be integrated into your design workflow.
Why don't I just use AI tools?
AI tools are fast, but they hand you an output. Not a system or a useful outcome, especially in design. What we build is a brand foundation your team can work from: consistent, scalable, and designed with your audience and positioning in mind.
There's also the strategic judgment to know what will actually work and what doesn't, and the accountability to see it through.
