We start with a 15-minute discovery call to understand your business and your needs. Then we’ll move on to research and discovery. Following this, we’ll do design concepts, strategy, wireframes, revisions, and final delivery. We’ll have regular check-ins and opportunities for feedback throughout the phases.

Every project starts with a clear scope alignment. From there, we build a timeline and design plan tailored to you. Brand projects typically take 4-12 weeks from kickoff to completion.

We’ll take a 50% deposit before the kickoff, and 50% at the end.

We use Trello as our project management tool for project management and feedback. Alternatively, Email, WhatsApp, or Figma comments work too.

Nope. You can ask for what you need and we will be upfront with you whether it’s possible for you for your plan and scope. Do take note that additional items will require additional cost, depending on the add-on.

No worries, every project includes a full design system — components, variables, and everything developers need to build with confidence. We'll walk them through the designs so your vision translates exactly into the final product.

The main design tool we use is Figma. That is where all the wireframes, mockups, and UI live. We use Webflow/Framer to develop the website.
